CHS Dancin' Darlins ~ 2025/2026 Photo Day

The Photo Day Fee is $45 and will provide you:

• Digital files of all individual images of your athlete will be posted in a gallery for easy download.
• The social media team will also be able to incorporate these images into their social media content.
• A PDF print release, allowing you to print and share the images for personal use.

You will receive an email at the address provided at checkout when the images are available in your gallery for easy download as well as have the option to purchase prints, photo buttons, BigHeads, coffee mugs and other products at that time.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• The deadline to pay the “Photo Day” fee is Wednesday, July 2nd.
• The deadline to order prints/products is Friday, August 8th, to ensure all items are ready for the start of football season.
• Print Orders placed after the August 8th deadline will be sent to our printing company on the first Monday of the month AFTER the order is placed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

You can add an 8x10 team PRINT or SportsMate (team and individual image on one print) to your “Photo Day” digital package by choosing the Package Add-On option if you are not interested in purchasing a print package. Team images are NOT available for digital purchase. If all members of the team purchase the “Photo Day” digital package then it will included in your gallery at no additional charge.
