SPS Cross Country ~ 2025 Photo Day

At Photo Day, we will capture images of all team athletes present. Athletes will be able to view their images via an iPad during their photo shoot. They are not permitted to take photographs of the iPad with their mobile devices.

Image proofs will not be available on our website, as we made a few changes to our order process last year due to advances in AI technology related to watermark removal. Photoshop and other software products have made it easier to remove watermarks from images without having to pay for them first.

Only athletes who purchase the Photo Day digital package will receive images from the photo shoot. The Photo Day digital package is $35 and will provide you:

• Digital files of all individual images of your athlete will be posted in a gallery for easy download.
• The social media team will also be able to incorporate these images into their social media content.
• A PDF print release, allowing you to print and share the images for personal use.

You will receive an email at the address provided at checkout when the images are available in your gallery for easy download as well as have the option to purchase prints, photo buttons, BigHeads, coffee mugs and other products at that time.

You can add an 8x10 team PRINT or SportsMate (team and individual image on one print) to your “Photo Day” digital package by choosing the Package Add-On option if you are not interested in purchasing a print package. Team images are NOT available for digital purchase. If all members of the team purchase the “Photo Day” digital package then it will included in your gallery at no additional charge.
